2/21/2025:  

We are pleased to announce that at a meeting of the Board held on February 20, 2025, the Board voted to institute an electronic/online voting system for Owner voting matters.

If you would like your Lot to be eligible to cast an electronic vote on Association voting matters, then please execute and return the  Written Consent form, located in the documents section. We strongly encourage you to carefully review the required procedures, waivers and disclaimers associated with such written consent.

We believe that electronic voting will make the voting process easier and more accessible for the Owners, which will allow for more participation in the voting process by the Owners as a whole. Please do not hesitate to contact the Board or Management with any issues or questions.

Regular Garbage, Trash and Yard Waste Pick up is every Tuesday!

FCC has no Holidays in 2025 that will impact the NPI schedule.

BULK TRASH PICK UP
HAPPENS ONLY ONCE A MONTH

Put items on the curb the 2nd Monday night to be picked up on the 2nd Tuesday. Items left out earlier violate of the Association's documents.

ABOUT US

Newport Isles defines family atmosphere. From well lit roads and sidewalks, wide green-spaces, social events, security presence and a peaceful wetland preserve, the entire community beckons each of us to come out and enjoy the amenities.

Originally built by both Lennar and Centex, there are 764 residences at Newport Isles with a mixture of 550 single family homes and 214 townhomes. This beautiful community is home to multiple lakes and marshland. 

Just off Interstate 95 exit 118, we are close to many activities and shops. Just on the west side of I-95 is the Town of Tradition offering shopping, restaurants, and seasonal activities in their downtown square.

Commuting from Newport Isles is easy. In just over half an hour, you can be at Jensen Beach to the South or Fort Pierce and Vero Beach to the North. In under half an hour, you can be in Palm City or Stuart.

Newport Isles hosts a wide array of amenities for the residents. The entry is protected by guards 24/7. The over-sized Clubhouse was recently renovated. We have 2 pools designated for adults and 1 for young children featuring a play-time waterfall and zero-grade entry, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, outdoor racquetball court, 2 playgrounds, a pergola with outdoor charcoal grills.
